Our goal is simple. We want to maintain a stable, easy to navigate space for the community's best work. Every mod on OmsiWorld is manually checked, verified, and repackaged as a clean zip file so installation is as simple as possible.
We believe OMSI 2 mods should never be hidden behind login walls or buried under endless pop-up ads. Just straightforward downloads for the content you want.

Why does OmsiWorld exist?
OmsiWorld is a safe, reliable hub for downloading OMSI 2 mods.
Many mod sites rely on third-party file hosts. While the mods themselves might be safe, those external hosts are often filled with dodgy ads, broken links, or missing files. We test everything we upload to ensure downloads work as expected.
We also archive mods so the community doesn't lose valuable content when file hosts go offline. All files are hosted directly on our own systems.
This update marks our official return. The archive is actively maintained, and we are back to support the community.

What is included with the downloads?
Whenever possible, every required file is organized into its proper directory structure. You can simply extract the files directly into your main OMSI installation folder and start playing.
We preserve the author's original release intact, including all documentation and credits, and only adjust the folder structure for easier installation. We never include executable files or modify core game files unless a download specifically requires it and states so clearly.
Why isn't a specific mod available?
If you are looking for a bus or map that isn't on the site yet, let us know.
Some older content can be difficult to track down. If you have a link or the original files, send them our way and we will test, repackage, and add them to the archive.
You are hosting my mod. Will you remove it?
While we can remove content in rare circumstances, OmsiWorld exists primarily to archive and preserve releases that might otherwise be lost forever.
We never claim authorship or monetize downloads. Over the years, countless community projects have disappeared due to dead links and shut-down hosting services. We respect creators and are committed to preserving their hard work for the entire OMSI community.
Why has my IP address been blocked?
IP addresses are automatically blocked if our security system detects abusive download behavior, such as spamming file requests or scraping the site. Our rate limits are generous, and blocks are only applied to protect site bandwidth and server stability.
If you believe your IP was blocked by mistake, send us a message with your IP address and we will review it. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
