The map is not working?

After I had followed the instructions to download and install the map to OMSI 2, the map still doesn't work and cannot load any tiles.

We have tested the map on a fresh install of OMSI 2, you can check your log file to find out what's missing, we find that it can be related to certain locales on your system, you can upload the log file to us by reporting the mod from its page.
